Harry G. McCoy, Pharm.D. (Chairman)
Pharmacologist and entrepreneur. Dr. McCoy is an experienced chief executive of successful start-up, private and public Life Science companies, who has provided 24-35-fold returns to investors by building strong teams and matching biotechnologies to market needs. CEO, Thorne Diagnostics, Inc. Also Chairman, North Shore InnoVentures, Inc., an accelerator for early-stage biotech and clean tech companies. Founded and built MEDTOX Scientific (NASDAQ:MTOX) and also formerly chief executive of Editek (AMEX:EDI), President of Hamilton Thorne Biosciences, Inc., Director of AppTec, Inc. Ullrich Schwertschlag, M.D, Ph.D., FACP, FCP (CMO)
Over twenty years of experience in senior clinical development roles in the biopharmaceutical industry, both large pharma (Eli Lilly and Wyeth/GI) and small biotech. Ullrich has extensive knowledge in translational research, as well as preclinical and clinical development for drugs in major disease areas, including oncology, cardiology, inflammation and infectious diseases in clinical research and drug development with additional competencies in patient care, preclinical laboratory investigation and FDA filings. He has filed or led the efforts in filing, of over 35 Investigational New Drugs (IND) and several NDAs with FDA, and has published over 50 peer reviewed articles and book chapters, and holds three patents. Dr Schwertschlag holds an MD from the University of Heidelberg and a doctoral degree in biophysics from the University of Freiburg (FRG). Ullrich did his internship and residency in Freiburg and Heidelberg University hospitals and additional house-staff training in internal medicine at UHSC. He was a postdoctoral fellow/instructor in pharmacology/clinical pharmacology at the University of Heidelberg and at the University Health Sciences Center (UHSC) Denver, CO. Ullrich has held faculty positions in medicine at UHSC, Duke University, and Indiana University and is currently an adjunct professor at Tufts University.

X. Jia Chang, PhD (CSO)
Eighteen years of biotech and biopharmaceutical experience. Participated or led multiple projects in gene target discovery, antibody and small molecule drug development; led successful commercialization of drug screening technologies. Head of Cell Biology, Functional Proteomics at Applied Biosystems and project leader/principal scientist at Genetics Institute/Wyeth. Dr. Chang has 7 patents and 15 pending patents. Education: PhD from The Rockefeller University; Postdoc from Harvard University. Jia is also a founder and principal owner of Jiangyin-Attogen, located in the Bridge Biotech Park in Jiangyin, Jiangsu province, China (www.bridgebio.cn/en/gywm.asp).

Katherine Turner, Ph.D. (CDO)
Accomplished biotechnology executive (VP) with extensive research and managerial experience in biologics, including therapeutic proteins and antibodies, in immunology, oncology, hemostasis and neurobiology (Vice President: Genetics Institute/WYETH, INC., Cambridge, MA, 1982-2001 and BiogenIdec, Inc., 2001-2005). Several approved drugs. Chair of the Wyeth Immunology therapeutic strategy team (rapamycin) and therapeutic mAbs (anti–IL12, B7-1, 2). She has extensive operational knowledge in all phases of drug development from discovery through to the marketplace.
